DelHur utilizes pugmill processing for the construction of Soil-Bentonite cap and cover systems, impermeable barriers and landfill cell lining.

  • Process with base soil particle size 3 inch minus

  • Bentonite amending 2-14% by dry weight of the Base Soil

  • Moisture range ± 4% of optimum

  • Continuous mixing production rates

  • 200-600 Ton/hour (dependent upon percentage of Bentonite being amended)

  • Processed material able to meet hydraulic permeability range of 1×10-6 cm3/sec to 1×10-9 cm3/sec
