Rock Springs Landfill – Lined Cell Phase 1

 This Project involved approximately 15 acres of site development and the construction of a new lined cell. Additional work scope activities included the installation of a leachate collection system, the construction of two (2) leachate evaporation ponds and a stormwater system, the construction of access roads, electrical infrastructure, and the installation of a leachate monitoring and control station. The project was completed 30 days ahead of schedule.
